Workplace violence refers to any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other aggressive behavior that occurs at or outside our workplace, and that poses risk to the safety, health, or well-being of our employees, clients, visitors, or the organization as a whole. Workplace violence includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, bullying, physical assault, and any other behavior that creates an atmosphere of fear and hostility.
