Warranty Deed

A Warranty Deed is a legal document that allows the transfer of property ownership from the grantor to the grantee. A warranty deed guarantees the title comes without any liens, easements, or other title problems. 

With a warranty deed, the grantor (person that owns the property) transfers whatever rights and legal interest they have in the property to the grantee.
