Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), or as it is also known a Confidentiality Agreement, is used to prohibit an individual and/or business from disclosing confidential information or trade secrets.

The non disclosure agreement empowers the parties that sign it to discuss their ideas without fear of losing their business opportunities and/or what they consider critical / confidential information.  

When should I use an Non Disclosure Agreement?

• Before you provide sensitive information to a potential buyer for your business.
• Before giving employees access to sensitive proprietary information.
